These projects were each created to test the capabilities of my "mocap suit".
The mocap for these animations were done with an HTC Vive w/ 2.0 Trackers. This method only being possible with the use of the software 'Mocap Fusion'.

The first video is my most recent test, I got the idea to utilize a voice synthesized through elevenlabs.io to expand the potential uses of the motion capture setup. With this test I also wanted to gain a better understanding of how sites like elevenlabs work, and gain insight as to what the potential power they hold in the industry. The video was made to inform my fellow classmates of the upcoming global game jam, as well as provide them additional inspiration for the difficult mission they were about to undergo.

The second video was done almost a year prior to the first, I was looking for any excuse to use the mocap suit and got inspired by a short video made by "kmlkmljkl" on YouTube (Original: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2rox2njKjA ). My goal was to recreate/reenact the original video in 3D, in this video you'll see the recreation in the beginning, followed by a side-by-side, and finally a really horribly synthesized voiced version using uberduck at the time.

The final video is just for fun, I wanted to add a bit of comedic relief to a school project where we modeled a mini-fridge. So I got the idea to use my mocap suit and give the fridge a grander purpose.

Each of these projects (individually) were able to be completed within an afternoons time, from mocapping, lighting, environment creation, and editing. Also, each of these videos were created with raw mocap animation and lacked any form of hand tracking.
